• damage and defects that may have been present at the time of purchase, but not discovered until after delivery

• noise and breakdowns caused by accidents or careless use

If damage to products or outer packaging is discovered, this must be reported to us within a reasonable time, preferably within two working days.

It is always up to ITtek.se/Interaktiv Teknologi AB to assess whether it is a matter of warranty or not.

If the customer chooses to hand in a computer where the warranty does not apply, the case will be treated as a normal service case and then follow the regular price list.

In the case of a warranty matter, ITtek.se/Interaktiv Teknologi AB must always be contacted before the item is returned.
